Meals
Childern bring their own lunches and drinks, which must have the child’s name and group letter written on them. Lunches are refrigerated. RoCA provides a mid-afternoon ice-cream snack.
Clothing
Campers should bring a swim suit and towel daily. Individual storage is provided for backpacks. All clothing should have name labels. All campers will receive a complimentary camp t-shirt.
Transportation
Parents provide transportation to and from camp. Car pools are encouraged. During the first week of camp, a list will be posted in the lobby, grouped according to town, so that parents may easily plan car pools.
Health Forms
You will be sent a health form for each child in early April. Health forms must be returned to RoCA by May 15th.
Licensing
New York State requires our camp to be licensed by the Department of Health. Licensing includes on-site inspections. The Operating Permit is displayed in the lobby at RoCA.
